Who we are
Cynergy Training Solutions is a training provider working across North Wales and Cheshire. We train people who are starting a career, renewing an existing qualification, or gaining the workplace training their role requires — and we train teams on behalf of the organisations that employ them.
The company was established in 2022 with a straightforward aim: deliver training that genuinely prepares people for the work in front of them, rather than training that simply gets them through a day in a classroom.
The experience behind the training
Our lead trainer brings 14+ years of frontline UK security experience into the training room. That experience shapes how sessions are taught — the examples are real, the situations are ones learners will recognise, and the emphasis is on how to handle the role professionally and safely.
It also means questions get answered properly. Learners can ask what a shift is actually like, what employers expect, and where the qualification can take them.
